20 years or so ago we got SWR to install an automatic garage door system. Recently a fault developed with one door. I contacted the team and Contract Manager Amy was super professional and helpful. An engineer visit was arranged in the same week, and when the team turned up the problem was resolved efficiently. Great customer service, thanks all.
