Absolute joke. We have received sofa with NO LEGS! Can you imagine spending £900 and have no legs for your furniture? That is not the worst...we are now months in conversations with swoon helpdesk. Sent almost 60 emails. Called and were promised call back (that never happened). Twice we were told legs should be delivered "next week" ...but wait for it...just few days ago we were told they actually do not have them in the warehouse! Clearly someone is lying here to just brush us off. We were now offered replacement with "temporary" legs. Yet to be delivered. Still waiting. Unacceptable. Poor customer service. ps. just scrolled through reviews and l can see there is a trend of swoon sending furniture with no legs ?! what.the.hell.
