We were happy with our initial visit and the sales attention given on the day of purchase. We were given plenty of time to look around and explore the vans on sale and the sales representative (Paul) was very helpful with his advice on the day of the sale. Thereafter we dealt with other members of the team as Paul was mainly not available.
Sadly we made the purchase about a month before lock down and therefore the pick up was delayed (no fault at all of Swindon Caravans.) However since our purchase communication and after sales service as been challenging to say the least. We understand that lock down severely effected business but even since the return and following the collection of our new van we have struggled to get replies to communications.
Overall we love the van and understand there will be minor niggles with any new caravan. We simply wish it was easier to sort them out.
