As lockdown prevented the use of the van we picked up in January until recently we tried a short weekend away to check everything worked well before a longer trip. We had an issue with the water system and the team at Reading Caravans offered help over the phone and when that didn’t fix the issue they immediately offered to take the van in the next working day. Within a couple of hours I had a call and went back to the dealer where a very helpful technician went through all the checks that had been done and eventually tracked the issue back to something easily fixed that was at least in part down to user error! I was more than happy with the responsiveness and helpful attitude of every one involved from Simon and Andy the sales and service managers to the two technicians who finally tracked down and remedied the problem. thanks to all concerned and I would Definitely recommend your service team to anyone.
