Hi, our new caravan experience we had with Swindon Caravans was professional & friendly, from my first contact, agreement of PX, the deposit to secure & agreeing the collection date felt very straight forward via e-mail & a call to finalise. I asked for photographs which were kindly sent. I thought the condition of the interior & exterior of the caravan was good considering described as an ex-demo, so satisfied with the product. Was impressed with the service workshop facility at Swindon Caravans, providing after sales confidence. A battery charging issue was solved at home over the phone with "Ray", due to a failed in-line fuse at the PSU wiring - it felt like a common problem that needs addressing by Lunar. Other areas that may help others in future; a number of times I had to leave telephone messages for a callback, which I got, although I wasn't sure they were recorded. On the day of collection, obviously there's lots of practicalities to deal with, hand over was excellent & "Jack's" knowledge impressive for a younger employee, I'm not a caravan novice - but I felt overwhelmed with the amount of information as things have moved on so much with caravan technology & security in recent years, what would help - maybe a simple get started guide or crib sheet with the important facts to be able to refer back to once back on holiday or storage times.
