Everybody I have met has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the various options and accessories were considered together and a final list produced to be added to the caravan itself. We are re-starting our caravan experience and things have certainly changed in the intervening years but nothing was too much trouble to the team culminating in a very detailed handover on delivery day. No hesitation in recommending them.
