Took delivery of our new caravan on March 6th 2024. This was our first caravan having had motorhomes and campervans before but fancied a change. Excellent handover from Alistair at Oxford branch at Tiddington. although we were familiar with some aspects of the vehicle he took time and patienceto explain those asapects we were unsure. The vehicle had been prepared to high order ready for us to take it over. Also he introduced us to the service team in case we neede to get their help/advice going forward. Plus helped us to select a few accessories from the shop aided by the knowledgable ladies behind the counter. Overall an easy and pleasant experience. Paul Gregory
