The sales team were very helpful during our purchase in spring 2021 and up to the delivery in Summer 2021. After which the Aftersales team (Workshop) were very responsive in rectifying both major and minor caravan system failures. They were very helpful in advising on the various issues concerning the use of the caravan's systems. The first service was undertaken with no problems. We also found the Accessory shop staff very helpful.
