Our original contact was with the manager, who showed us round a new vehicle, nothing was too much trouble, in the end we bought an almost new secondhand unit privately, still under manufacturers warranty to run, except the original dealer had not registered the first owner, and Reading Caravan's Andy was brilliant in sorting it all out and tackling a few issues. The whole team really make dealing with them a real pleasure. We strongly recommend them, maybe not the cheapest but certainly brilliant on customer service.
