Learning to swim as an adult has been a challenge for me.Thanks to my instructor Tobi who is patient understanding and professional I can now swim. Swimming has totally changed my life am fitter healthier I have more energy my diet has changed and I've lost weight.from having a fear of the water all my life the water has now become my life.I cannot imagine my life without swimming in it.Thank you Tobi and Thank you Swim Now for changing my life.
