Joanne/Jo is my sons swimming teacher at SwimNow UK in Sheffield. My son has been to previous group swimming lessons and made little to no progress. However starting with Jo in the pool, on a one to one basis he has made leaps of progress. Jo has a wealth of knowledge - teaching the strokes and breathing in bite size chunks, she is patient, kind and has excellent relationship building skills which has been seen with my 8 year old in the pool. The price of these one to one swimming session is a lot higher than group swimming lessons, but in my experience to see your kid progress faster in 3 weeks as apposed to months of not much progress at all - it is worth every penny!
