As an adult who has always been afraid of water and feeling I had missed out on family fun on holidays I decided in my 60th year to try and learn to swim. I contacted swimnow and from the first contact with them they have been amazing. A lovely lady called Amy spoke to me on the phone and was so understanding of my fear and encouraging that I signed up for lessons.i was very nervous going for my first lesson but Jas my teacher was fantastic. She respected my fear, encouraged abd supported me to the extent that after 30 minutes I was able to float on my back and front. I didn't think I would even get in the water o my first lesson. I can't praise Jas enough and I would encourage anyone thinking of learning to swim to contact Swimnow.
