We bought an introductory lesson and, whilst the instructor was very pleasant, it did not really fulfill our needs unfortunately. We are both decent swimmers looking to improve whilst avoiding further injury and, although this was explained to the very pleasant gentleman who contacted me initially, it did not appear to have been communicated to the instructor. As a result, we both felt it was rather a waste of time and money for us. Probably better for beginner swimmers.
