I was really looking forward to putting my new number plate on my car till I was informed that it couldn’t go on my car as it was 2 years older than the plate . Surely swift Reg would known this and informed me prior to trying to register it with DVLA. You should have seen this when I sent you the details for my car . Did you just send it so you could keep my transfer fee ?? I think I should have been refunded.. I have no problem paying for the plate £295. But I should expect the difference refunded. I feel completely under sold . I now have a number plate that I can’t use till I can afford a car newer than the registration plate !! I would not recommend swift Reg to anyone .
