Awful experience! My daughter bought a swegway from ukswegways.com with her £230 birthday money. The company I have now learnt are complete frauds. We received the swegway promptly but noticed that it came with scratches and dents. Also the Bluetooth was not working and it came without the bag that was advertised. I contacted them immediately and they said to send pictures as evidence. I sent these off straight away but heard nothing back as promised. I called back (waited 40 minutes on the queue again) to be told that they would get the faulty one collected and another one issued immediately. This was 25th august. The swegway was collected by ukmail and I was left with a card from the driver. No replacement swegway arrived so I called the customer line (waited 50 minutes) only to be confronted by a rude, arrogant, somewhat nasty man basically saying 'tough' and that I would need to wait until they had received the faulty swegway ( it had been days since being sent back.) Ok now going forward I have tried to contact the company through email, fb messenger and telephone. No answer. They seem to have disappeared! I've spent hours literally waiting on the phone and have got nowhere. U.K. Mail can't track the parcel. They have apparently searched their warehouse and I've had confirmation from the driver that it was collected from my address. To no avail. U.K. Mail have told me I need to contact ukswegways but they are not answering their phones or emails. My daughter is without her birthday present and I'm quite frankly exhausted with the stress and worry of it all.
