I felt truly heard and the reason for the meeting was explained from the beginning. Explaining clearly the objective and importance of the meeting is of great value as a person in a divorce situation is going through so much in their head and can be a bit confusing.
I would just suggest that when booking the meeting the client is told we should be alone and in a quiet room.
