The WORST customer service! My order arrived in my country(EU) with a crazy amount of custom fees and I refused to pay. So I wanted to return. THEY TRICKED ME into paying that amount and saying they would refund me. BUT they replied FROM ANOTHER MAIL that basically that’s the way it is with customs fees. They didn’t even offer another option or explain how to return.
Anyway I’m still waiting a reply from Lauren from another email I got that they will refund after i sent them proof of invoice from the payment. Lol
How is this possible I don’t understand? THE WORST
