The quality of product remains very high. Using the website to manage orders though has become a nightmare and deterrant to using your excellent range. The site would not accept my E-address and password, which it has always previously done. In addition asked a thousand times over to prove my humanity by clicking photos with lights or bikes etc., rejecting every attempt. AND what about the visually or otherwise impaired users... Really bad changes you made to the on-line ordering process. So excruciatingly thoughtless.
