The smaller tablets I bought last year , when I took one a day worked brilliantly. The newer packaging is made slightly differently and says 2 tablets per day, slightly larger too. They work quite well but not quite the impact of the Smaller, darker tablet. I do have more energy and the hot flushes have gone ! I feel I'm thinking clearer too x
