I have always been very satisfied with the products and prompt dispatch. However, my last order took an entire week to arrive and though I understand that this can happen for many reasons, what I was disappointed with was the response I got when I queried the order. It felt like I was being brushed off and told to just keep waiting. So I am lowering the rating on account of customer service.
