My order was placed on 29/2/17 and an email was sent stating dispatch on 30/2/17.Several contacts were made by me via email and telephone about none arrival of order. It was stated that the whereabouts of the order had to be sorted before any further movement could be made. As there had been no progress with this complaint I requested a refund on 20/2/17,which was not paid until 24/2/17 when the order was finally declared lost!. Why the order could not have been resent and the whereabouts sorted later I can not understand.
