The confirmation of booking email is confusing. We booked for 10 people but it said total 8 plus 4 children, and when I tried to change it on-line it became more confusing than ever and I had to phone customer servces who were excellent. The pick up driver (Michael/Miguel?) was excellent - helpful, courteous and went out of his way to help us. He deserves a payrise! The return driver provided an efficient and courteous service. Sort out the on-line side of it to provide clear information and you'd have an outstanding service.
