We found sun transfers via Google and were very pleased with the service. The driver was prompt, spoke good English, as our Spanish is limited and was very helpful with our luggage and wheelchair. However, when we arrived dockside, we were told we could not embark as we had to wait for the Police!! Our driver was taken to one side, our papers were photographed by a police man and the lady driver looked to be embarrassed and annoyed. It might have been a parking fine or traffic violation, we did not ever find out, but it was a little alarming. Eventually, our party was allowed to join the embarkation queue but it was a little worrying at the time. Would I use sun transfers again, yes, the service was excellent, the price was good, but the police intervention was a step too far!!!
