Waited 50 minutes for our transfer to the airpirt. Numerous international phone calls (being kept on hold too) and promises of "it will be 20 minutes", "15 minutes", "another 5 minutes".
Finally, we had no option but to go to a taxi rank and hail a cab. Just made it to the flight in time.
Shocking service. It was clear that the booking had been completely forgotten, and then the mistake was compounded by promising a cab that was never going to materialise.
