Unfortunately, the company has no way to deal with cases where changes to reservation are required (for example due to COVID testing results). We needed to change our pick up date to airport after COVID positive results but no drivers were available at the requested time. So then when we tried to cancel our reservation, they said it was less than 48 hours so cancellation was not allowed. This despite the fact that we had bought the extra insurance.
Communicated with the customer service several times for them to explain the situation and reason but they were very rigid. Disappointed in the overall interaction with SunTransfer. It's too bad because our up from airport was good.
