Absolute scam of a company. Cancelled my order because it was no longer needed. They have an automatic/opt out "rewards" where they take 19.99 out of your account every two weeks. But the cost is hidden in writing and isnt very open about the frequency of the payments. I didn't even know i had signed up until the payment came out! contacted their customer service team, and they were so dismissive and didnt initially want to refund me, they agreed to refund me, and had assured me they had taken my card details off their website. 2 weeks later, the money comes out again! Contacted their customer service team who then denied that any payment had been taken! Once I showed them the screen shots she reluctantly agreed to refund me, took 2 weeks for the money to go into my account. Again promising they had removed my card details. AND THEN LITTERALLY 2 DAYS LATER THEY TAKE IT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!! 1 week later, I've had radio silence from them. Won't answer my emails, and no live chat response. Absolute scam of a company and borderline criminal. I doubt it takes someone with more than 1 GSCE to delete someone's card information and refund them money, but apparently so.
