I am amazed by this product. I ordered the welcome pack and received the cap and bottles which are a great addition. The box was crammed full of nutrition and fuel for rides and runs. However, I only had the one kind of gel, no caffeine gels to get the full experience. I am running a marathon in a few months and had heard really good things about Styrkr, but I was left slightly disappointed. I messaged Styrkr after thinking is it worth mentioning, and they sent out a different variety of gels straight away. Well the caffeine gel was the bomb, on one of my long runs, I felt it start working and I couldn’t help myself but to keep on running, and running well. All the gels I had, had a lovely refreshing zing to them and they didn’t upset my tummy. The SLT tabs were mild and easy on the tummy. I had no hip pain and no cramps which was great. I definitely recommend them and will be buying again and the rice bars were nice for after the long run too.
