Order process simple. One of the components was not available at fulfilment but I was immediately offered the option of a full cancellation and refund. I chose to proceed as the missing component was not essential and that was refunded quickly. I was advised at order time that there were some issues with couriers and there was a subsequent delay but this was solved by using a different courier on 24 hour delivery at no extra cost. In all I was kept well informed and given good service
