Would be 5* other than delivery. Arrived on pallet on large lorry which was no problem until the driver came to get it off. The pallet was too shallow for him to get his fork lift under and the only way to get it down was for me to help lift it onto the top of the forks then balance it and lift it off again where it was to be left. As a 60yr old woman, I'm pretty strong but lifting this weight at floor level has left me with a problem hip. As for the tiles, I love them and my tiler had no problems fitting them
