The ordering process was efficient, except that somewhere my order for "brushed" limestone tiles changed to "honed". Fortunately, I was able to pick up the error because the invoice was e-mailed out to me before despatch.
I say that the service was efficient, but never particularly good-humoured or friendly - just efficient.
Delivery was as promised, and the condition of the stone perfect. One bag of adhesive was torn open - with minimal leakage.
