I ordered some silver shadow marble tiles back in August for our new bathroom. We didn't open them to use until 1.5 weeks ago as the whole house is being renovated. Once the builder started tiling to our surprise many of the tiles are not marble and we are not sure what material they are. The boxes have been mixed with tiles that you can break with your hands easily, also some have cracks in the middle and have been glued together. When one orders marble you expect it to be marble a natural stone which varies in colour certainly not what we have found. Not sure if I will get anywhere raising this with the Finchley shop where the order was places. I will certainly be contacting the consumer governing body to find out what action can be taken on this. When I order marble I expect all tiles to be marble. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
