We bought two lots of tiles from the Stone and Wood Shop, Stanmore. One was a big order for a large part of the ground floor of our house and the other was a smaller order for a cloakroom wall. Throughout our dealings with Stone and Wood Shop all the staff, and Ali in particular, have been superb – nothing has been too much trouble for them. Prices have been very favourable and the service excellent from start to finish, friendly but very professional. Free samples of the tiles we were interested in purchasing were even given to us when we visited the showroom and that was before any order was placed, which was much appreciated and helped us to make our final choices. Delivery was organised promptly as soon as the tiles were in stock and all the tiles arrived in perfect condition. This store stands out as putting all its customers first and we would highly recommend to anybody purchasing tiles. We live 80 miles from this shop and we can confirm that the distance we had to travel to the showroom meet with Ali to view and discuss the tile options was very worthwhile. Chris and Geoff Hayes
