Service was fine from Stolen Goat but the product was not ! The four seasons climb and conquer winter gloves are claimed “to keep your hands happy even in the coldest and wettest of weathers” Have used these gloves on 8 cycles all of around 30-40 miles in cold dry weather of around 3-4 c. They do not keep your hands warm, very disappointing especially at the price and the marketing which leads you to thinking you are buying a quality product - they are not ! Not tried them in wet weather yet, so cannot comment on their waterproof claim. One positive is they are comfortable and fingers allow good dexterity for gear changes.
