I bought a waterproof cycling top in June 2022, and have been very pleased with it. However, the small zip on the pocket has partly detached from the jacket, after about 18mths. I sent in a photo asking if it could be repaired and to my delight, Stolen Goat offered me a replacement jacket! You can't get much better service than that!
