I gave a fairly negative review about some cycling gloves I bought. Although my initial review still stands I would like to say how impressed I was with the response from the company. Even though I have damaged one of the gloves myself they were willing to give me a refund in the way of vouchers. This is what good customer service is all about so I am happy to give them 5 stars for the way they dealt with my review.
