Bought Orkaan bibles tights which were not pictured nor described correctly. Customer service agreed with this, but wouldn’t pay my return postage as I requested. Instead, they asked me to return them via 2nd class recorded and they would email me a shop voucher. Having paid £4.20 postage, I was then sent a £5 voucher meaning I can receive 80 pence (!!!) off a subsequent order!
Not impressed and will neither use again and will not be recommending them either.
Customer service were prompt in their replies, hence 2 stars.
