Alex and her team could not have been extremely helpful all through the process. From the initial enquiry when I popped in on the off chance, to enquire if a unit was available. I was shown the two different sized units by Alex & she explained about security and the price. This was all confirmed within about 15 minutes by email. Having made a decision overnight I phoned to confirm & spoke to Alex who again confirmed everything within minutes by email. I went in the following day and met Adam who went through all the paperwork & explained in detail how to access the unit & the security system’s in place. All members of staff I’ve met have been smart, cheerful & very professional.
