I found the two members of staff on reception on Sat 11.03.23 lovely, very pleasant and helpful. I didn't feel under any pressure as to which size unit I took; they listened to my needs and were willing to show me different sizes until I found the best fit. There were no hidden extras, price quoted was for unit and insurance.
The facilities are very clean and bright and well sign posted. Trollies and lifts easily accessible. The 24/7 access is a big bonus.
I would definitely recommend.
