Ordered gin on a back order. I felt that better customer care could have avoided me in ringing up each time to see where was my order.
If I received an email stating a date of which in time order would be sent. I would not have had to kept ringing.
It was a Christmas present for my husband all I wanted to know was would I have it on time.
On the other hand bottle was packaged extremely well.
So thank you.
