The whole process was complicated by having to obtain probate. Stennett and Stennett Properties valued the property at a similar price to the independent surveyor employed for the purpose of obtaining probate.
They found a buyer within a few days of the house going on sale and that buyer stuck with us to purchase. It helped having the solicitors and agents working together under the same umbrella.
Communication was slightly hampered by the employee dealing with the sale leaving before the sale was completed.
Overall, a good experience.
