Have used them for a while, what I will say is it is ALWAYS cheaper to take a brand new policy than it is to renew!! If this wasn't the case (and renewal was same price or cheaper than a new policy I would score them higher!!
Other than that I find their service as a breakdown company to be better than most and always adequate :)
