I have used Start in the past and service is more or less the same as other breakdown servicies. The proof will be when I have to use it. These days its seems everyone wants you to use an app and not talk to someone human. I chose start becuase they offered value for money and it was quite simple to set up. There were slightly cheaper prices out there but they were brands I have never heard off
