After I clicked on the credit card in the customer lounge 6 days prior to the renewal date to renew the premium,I followed the instructions to cancel the auto-renew for next year. Un beknown to me, this cancelled my credit card payment but nothing appeared on the screen to tell me this.It wasnt until 1 day after the renewal you emailed me to tell me my cover had expired.It took me all morning to establish from you that you have a software problem caused by linking auto-renew to the credit card.Surely it would be simple to alter this system to something a bit easier to understand from the customer viewpoint, to save wasting everyones time.
