I only had the need to call Start Rescue once during my first year of cover with them. Waited for hours for anyone to attend and when they did they couldn't help. They referred me to a different service who decided they could not help either after a telephone conversation. Ended up paying to get the problem sorted. Start Rescue were of no use whatsoever.
