Took out a first time policy, and was disappointed that I was unable to register my account as the website did not provide a way of getting a password, this was sorted after a phone call when I was sent a link to create a password.
I then tried to download the application which did not work as the app software was not suitable for the latest version of Android. Another phone call this time there was no solution, they would need to talk with the software developers and get back to me in a few days time.
I await with anticipation and hope.
