I really cannot rate Start Rescue. When my car broke down- outside of Start Rescue's working hours- the customer service agent could not find my account details and told me to call back during normal working hours. Unfortunately, when it comes to breakdowns, you cannot ensure that these will happen between 9am and 5pm, which meant that I had to spend a fortune to be towed by an alternative provider. Start Rescue was a complete waste of money for me and I would never use them again.
