Quite annoyed actually. Price has shot through the roof, so I cancelled automatic annual renewal in my account settings because I had seen a policy half the price elsewhere, but Start Rescue took the renewal payment anyway. I will be cancelling my debit card next year so they cannot do this again and I WILL be going elsewhere because they have now become far too expensive.
