Having been swayed by the recommendation of Which? I chose to buy a policy for the next year. I did not receive a confirmation email in order to access ‘customer lounge’. I did a live chat where the person told me that there are issues with at least 3 major service providers not receiving messages from Start Rescue…eventually the person said I would receive the paperwork in the post. Not a great start!
