Not able to use the breakdown service this year. I once called the service for a burst tyre but could not get a signal . I eventually changed the tyre with help from stranger .
On renewal, the process of paying did not work over the phone. The operator tried many times with no success . I received an email to say payment had not gone through.
Eventually on third attempt, I paid online for this new year.
