Pretty website. Poor when it comes to renewal admin. Good on price.
Renewed via website and paid. copied the page that stated renewal would complete on certain date. After renewal date got emails reminding me to renew.
Phoned to find out what was going on to be told that renewal had not gone through. Then had to endure minutes of legal gobledegook before the adviser would take my card details.
Didnt seem to care so that will be my report to friends when we discuss such matters. Clearly Which got it wrong again.
